Privacy policy

What we collect. Your account details, the claim information and documents you add (estimates, policies, photos, receipts), and basic usage logs.

How we use it. Only to run your claim workspace: reading your documents, running the audit, drafting letters and sending reminders you ask for. We use Anthropic's Claude API to read documents and photos when you ask; Anthropic does not use API data to train models. Payments are handled by Stripe and email is sent through Cloudflare.

What we never do. Sell your data, share it with insurers, or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion. Delete a claim and its documents are deleted immediately. Delete your account and everything goes with it.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit; passwords are hashed with scrypt; two-factor sign-in is available.
