Lineitemly provides do-it-yourself software that helps you review your own property insurance claim. By using it you agree to these terms.

Not legal advice, not public adjusting. Lineitemly is not a law firm, an attorney, an insurance agent or a licensed public adjuster. We do not represent you, negotiate with your insurer, or contact anyone on your behalf. Findings are suggestions of things to ask about, based on common estimating practice; they are not a determination of coverage. Dollar amounts are estimates. For large or complex claims, consider a licensed public adjuster or an attorney.

Your responsibilities. You decide what to send to your insurer. Check every letter before you send it. Keep track of your own deadlines; our reminders are a convenience and may be incomplete.

Payments and refunds. Claim Kits are one-time purchases per claim. If the Claim Kit audit finds nothing worth asking your insurer about, email [email protected] within 30 days for a full refund. Pro subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Lineitemly's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
